Parvathy Omanakuttan of Billa 2 fame has been roped in as the female lead opposite Vadivelu in the second film in director Chimbudevan's Pulikesifranchise, which has been titled Imsai Arasan 24am Pulikesi. While director Shankarproduced the first film, this one, which is going on floors, in a studio on the outskirts of Chennai today, is being produced jointly by the director with his 2.0 producers.
A source tells us, "Parvathy will be playing Vadivelu's pair in the film. Ghibran has been roped in as the music director while Nirav Shah's former assistant Saravanan will be the cinematographer. National Award-winning editor Vivek Harshan and 2.0's art director T Muthuraj are also on board. This film will be set in the same universe as the first one and will be as funny as that film."
